Nearly 60 years ago, Labour created the NHS. Today after rescuing it from the Tories in 1997, we are committed to delivering patients a modern and accessible NHS. Please take a moment to tell us what you think about the NHS today.

2. On a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being poor and 10 excellent) how would you rate your experience?

3. Spending on the NHS will have trebled by 2008. Have you noticed a difference in your local health services?

4. 99 per cent of people can now see a GP within 48 hours. Do you think that GP surgeries should be open in the evenings and at weekends?

5. Did you know that by December 2008 ever patient is guaranteed treatment within 18 weeks of seeing their GP?

6. Did you know that the Tories’ plans would cut £21 billion from public spending, which would compromise the services the NHS delivers?
